Is your program easy to use?

Sage Pro™ was designed to be easy to learn and use. Our program
doesn't have multi-layered menus or complex operating procedures.
Each function is given a picture icon for easy reference. Our system
is also consistent throughout, every part of the system behaves
in the same way. Our users span the spectrum from computer novices
to technical experts. We always try to make our systems simple
for the computer novices while including features for the technical
experts. Of course, Contact Sage Pro™ also comes with manuals, tutorials,
and phone and online support.

There
are many contact management systems geared towards advisors and
agents on the market. Generally, the information that most of the
systems store is similar. A system must store names, addresses,
telephone numbers, e-mails, birthdates, etc. To track contact activities,
a system must also store notes and have a built-in appointment calendar
and schedule alarm. Most systems designed for advisors and agents
also must store varying amounts of investment and insurance policy
specific information, and varying amounts of personal financial
information such as income, net worth, etc. Because most of the
good systems (not all are good) store similar information, the real
differences between them are their ease-of-use and the range and
simplicity of their contact management functions such as creating
form letters, scheduling appointments, searching for contacts, putting
together contact lists, running reports, and basic day-to-day functions
to improve contact relationships.
In
our view, these differences are actually more important than the
data being stored. A system that stores all of your information
but makes it difficult to access and use that information is not
useful.
We
encourage advisors and agents looking for a system to gather as
much information about contact management systems as they can. That
being said, we recommend that you start using a useful contact management
system as soon as possible to benefit from the advantages that it
will provide. You should also consider changing to a different system
if your current system isn't useful or you find it is too difficult
to consistently use; because you are really not using a system at
all. A good contact management system will become an integral part
of your successful practice; because it will not only put contact
information and functionality within easy reach, but it will also
help protect you by satisfying compliance requirements.

What do I need to run Contact Sage Pro™?

Sage Pro™ only runs on Microsoft Windows based machines. Any
computer from the last five years can run our program. We provide
all the software you need to run our program. Minimally, you should
have at least a Pentium II machine with at least Windows 98 and
32MB of RAM.

What kind of support can I get?
We
offer email and toll free phone support for any issue relating to
our system. We also give you complete access to our user forums
where you can find answers to most of your questions. Finally, you
also receive video clip demonstrations of all system functions and
full manuals and user's guides that explain how to use our program.
