All new software
orders are available for download within 24 hours of us receiving
payment. (It may take up to 7 days for check payments to clear.)
In addition, we always send out the software you purchased on
CD-Rom via USPS first class mail. The software package that we
send to you includes the product CD-Rom, installation instructions,
a brochure, and the product serial number in a separate sealed
green envelope.
Software is mailed
out within 48 hours of us receiving and verifying payment. Most
users receive the software within 3 days of us sending it out.
Return Policy:
The Contact Sage
Pro comes with a 100% 30-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely
event that you want to return our software, simply contact us
by phone or email to get an RMA number, write the RMA number on
the outside of the software package, make sure the software package
is complete and includes the sealed and unopened green serial
number envelope, and return the entire software package to us
postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. (Since it takes
up to 7 days for check payments to clear, the return policy will
be extended by 7 days for check payments.)
We will only accept
a software product return if the entire software package is returned
to us and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date (37 days
for check payments,) the serial number envelope has not been opened,
and that you have a valid RMA number written on the outside of
the package. Returns that are incomplete, lack an RMA number,
contain an opened serial number envelope, or that are postmarked
after 30 days from the purchase date, will be sent back to you.
The Contact Sage
Pro will work for 30 days after it is installed before it must
be registered using the serial number in the green serial number
envelope. Please remember that once the separate green envelope
is opened, no refunds will be given. Additionally, if you request
that the serial numbers be emailed to you, there will be no refunds
given once the email is sent.

is available to assist in installation and configuration via email
and telephone support during support hours (M-F 9am-5pm EST),
and our product forums (www.bandisoftware.com/forums)
are always available. If there are any installation issues during
the trial or pre-registration period or after purchase, please
contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
